7.) Cayenne Pepper

10.) Exercises for Foot Pain in the Morning
A few fitness exercises can also help to reduce soreness, so try the following:
- Scatter several pencils on the floor and pick them up with your toes one by one.
- Place a thick rubber band around your toes on a single foot and then spread your toes out all at once, holding for five seconds and repeating the exercise 10 times.
