You will need an exercise band or strap. If you don’t have one, a sturdy rope will do the trick.
Grasp either end of the strap with your hands, and hold it behind your back. Gently lift your chin to the ceiling while drawing your shoulder blades closer to each other.
Hold for 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat 2-3 times.
4.) Arm Across Your Chest Stretch
For the moment, let’s assume your right shoulder is the problem one.
Hold your right hand out in front of you, keeping your arm straight and your hand at waist height. With your left hand, grab your right arm above and behind the elbow and gently pull your right arm across your chest.
Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 3-4 times.
Reverse for pain in the opposite shoulder.
